Too bad there’s no option for zero stars. Unfriendly environment. The staff feel superior and are intimidating, they team up to bully users who complain about their bad services. They never made me feel like I could fit in (opposite of what they preach). They only like to help young skinny people who are already fit. Extreme lack of hygiene so I don’t recommend that you take a shower or even try to use the toilet. Awful as we’re still at crucially high levels of Covid. Definitely not at the US standards. Definitely not at my standards. It’s Planet Fitness “a la mexicana” but at the same price as in the US. My family and I have withdrawn our memberships!

Good gym for everything Cardio equipment in good condition, many treadmills and ellipticals, 2 rowing machines, few bicycles and stairs Very large apparatus and free weight area. 2 functional exercise areas, 1 in a 30-minute circuit with equipment and another free with equipment, mats, ball, dumbbells Changing rooms (some private), toilets and showers, there is a scale. Pros: hours from 6 am to 1 am. You can refill your water bottle as many times as you want. There is always surveillance of the parking space In Black card you have several benefits (Entry to all Planet Fitness, Free guest, half price drinks, Massage chairs and beds, haircut, beard and ironing) Points to improve: Special all-day parking rate

Excellent place to exercise The facilities and devices are in good condition, the cost of memberships is affordable and has several benefits. Very friendly staff

I have been attending for 5 months. The only bad thing is that they don't have a bar for free squats and the pulley machines are very far from the weight area. Difficult when you do biseries or circuits... From then on, great. Many good devices. The treadmill and elliptical area is very complete and quite spacious bathrooms. Good service in general.

[Edit] it was at the Plaza Satellite branch/ The "coach" Amelia/Amalia or whatever her name is and a girl at the reception called Maritza left me and my brother locked inside the gym at 12:56 KNOWING WE WERE INSIDE Why was my mom outside telling them but they just ignored her and told her they weren't responsible??? Nmms I reported it and from there Maritza calmed down but Amalia acted indignant, she always makes faces at us and doesn't say a word back to us like a little child throwing a tantrum, all she needs to do is kick, as if I were the one who locked her up, because they run to good coaches and leave people like that?

It's a good place to train, but my lock has been stolen and I reported it to the reception. and I have found out that there are many people whose belongings have been stolen from their lockers!!
